MasterCard International lost its cobranding chief last week to Sears, Roebuck and Co.
Kristine Crow, senior vice president of affinity and cobranded marketing, decided to leave MasterCard less than one year after her promotion to that post. Her title at Sears will be manager of market and product development.
Timothy Malloy, who was senior vice president of strategic planning in the card association's Asia/Pacific region, will replace Ms. Crow. He will be based at MasterCard's Purchase, N.Y., headquarters.
